Congratulations to the spring class of 2025! 

This spring, more than 2,400 MacEwan graduates crossed the stage at the Winspear Centre, in front of their family and friends, to receive their well-earned degrees, diplomas and certificates.

The MacEwan community spent last week celebrating, sharing stories, cheering and, of course, taking a ton of photographs. 

Meet the Class

In our Meet the Class stories, we spoke with almost 50 students from across faculties. New grads from the Faculty of Arts and Science, the Faculty of Nursing, the Faculty of Health and Community Studies, the School of Business and the Faculty of Fine Arts and Communications share stories of challenges, reaching their goals and what it was like to study at MacEwan. 

In honour of the 10th anniversary of the School of Continuing Education, we asked students from this year and years past about their journeys at MacEwan. 

Awards and Honours

Reyna Parikh, recipient of the President’s Medal for Academic Excellence and Student Leadership, spoke to her fellow graduates at each ceremony about the deeply personal journey of school and about giving back – including to yourself. And an additional 13 grads were recognized for their hard work and dedication with Dean’s Medals for Academic Excellence and Governor General medals.
